Lift Operations Manager
Lift Operations Manager – Seasonal Position
About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Lift Operations Manager to join our team for the winter season! This position oversees the daily operation of our chairlifts, ensuring guests have a safe and enjoyable experience from first chair to last run.
What You’ll Do:

Supervise and schedule lift operators for daily operations

Ensure all lifts are running safely and efficiently

Train and support lift staff on procedures and guest interaction

Communicate with hill operations and maintenance teams

Help create a positive, team-oriented environment on the hill
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience operating or managing ski lift desired

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Ability to manage scheduling and day-to-day staff needs
